Dwayne Carruthers, Founder

Dwayne Carruthers is a negotiation and business development strategist with 15 years of experience working with high-level stakeholders across industries in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and the Caribbean. His professional background in international relations, diplomacy, and strategic communications includes providing expert services to the United Nations, G20, G7, and a range of government decision-makers and private sector players.
Dwayne has held various leadership roles, most recently serving as the Senior Advisor for Growth and Sustainability on the board of Esirom Group of Companies. He brings a deep understanding of global narratives and is adept at navigating sensitive, high-stakes environments.
Dwayne holds a master’s degree in international relations and diplomacy, with specializations in global negotiation and international law. He has a knack for languages, and speaks English and Indonesian, among others.
Abram Pambudi, Co-Founder

Abram has played a key role in high-profile cases, including state-owned enterprise corruption trials and landmark arbitration disputes, delivering successful outcomes. He also specializes in facilitating foreign investments and guiding businesses through Indonesian and international regulations.
As a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and licensed advocate, Abram combines his legal expertise with a passion for empowering businesses. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, he bridges global and local markets seamlessly.
